For pre-event meetings with the client, I will travel within a 40 mile radius of my home office in Eugene free of charge. A small mileage fee of 72¢ per mile will be added for client and vendor meetings beyond that range. For the actual wedding day my travel range increases to 120 miles. Beyond that range, the same mileage rate is in effect.

If the event hours will require me to be driving before 6:30am or after 12:30am, I do require lodging arrangements or reimbursement. I am also willing to fly out of state for events! In these cases associated travel costs would be included in my fee.

I am the only wedding planner in Nottingham Events. Depending on the size and type of event, I have others that I work with and can hire for the day of. In the vast majority of cases it will just be myself you will be working with!
